As usual Rad graces us with the presence of an afflicted butch in need of a strong femme to calm and soothe her like a security blanket. Meet Beau, a hunky firefighter who is as cocky as she is reckless. Meet Dr. Ali Torveau she's strong and will not allow herself to fall for Beau's charms. The story pretty much proceeds how you expect it to, they eventually get together and fall in love. My issue as always was the lack of fulfilling sex, the butch made sexual promises she could not keep and ended up getting topped by the femme once again.I love Rad's writing, she's great at delving into the emotions of her characters and bringing them together, she has lesbian romance down to a science. I just wish she would have more diverse characters and explore other realms of lesbian sex besides thigh-sex.3 stars because I love Rad and I think her hospital setting romances are a great read for having just the right amount of action. Only 3 stars because it's the same story just different names and character issues. She really needs to expand her character base and think about more diversity.

This was a good story. I like the characters. My qualms were that it had a pretty significant cheesiness factor with the characters falling in love pretty quickly, and that there were a few dramatic life endangerment moments that conveniently brought the characters together. If you're a romantic person, then you'll probably enjoy this book because it was definitely well written and had an enjoyable plot to provide a little adventure. However, if you're like me, and aren't the romantic type, then this might be a little cliché. I do enjoy romance novels, but this one didn't stand out to me as much.

This is my second book by this author and I plan to keep going. This is another great read. Ali and Beau were such a turn on! Through all the fog of lesbian romance novels this author writes astonishingly and beautifully. Her descriptions of characters, places, and especially exciting events keeps me on the edge of my seat! Can’t wait for my next book and there is a lot to choose from!

This was a very good book 📚! Very intense in the relationship between Beau and Ali. It was nice to see Wynter and Pearce as the supporting cast. It would be nice to have more stories from these characters and how they are all doing now like the author has done with the original cast from the FatedLove ❤️ book. Again, well done!

I'm a big Radclyffe fan and am familiar with they types of characters she writes, but this is definitely one of my favorites. Yes, most lesbian fiction can be a bit formulaica and you start to recognize similarities in the types of characters, but....I relate to the types of characters in Rad's books. Guess that's why I'm a fan. This particular title really drew me in, and I had a hard time putting the book down. Enjoyed that characters from some of her other titles made appearances, and some of the sex scenes in this book were really hot.

This book was perfect! No editing or plotline errors, strong characters and a lot of action. At times it felt a little like all action but that would make sense for the kind of high risk job that Beau has. I loved the love story as well. The character background stories were a bit dramatic but they did lend themselves well to encouraging the characters to get together. If you're a fan of chick lit, medical drama, action or Radclyffe you should definitely read this book. If fire fighters, doctors, love, sex, paramedics or lesbians bother you, you should skip it.

I have read a lot of lesbian fiction and radclyffe is by far the best i have encountered. Like most of her books trauma alert had charachters to fall in love with, a great plot and the sexual tension between ali and beau ran rightthrough the whole book. I started the book and didnt put it down untill i was finished. I loved the way both lead characters had to work through their personal issues to be able to love each other. It was well worth the price it was a great buy.

This book has no words ....it's just the best book I have read in a long time. It was nice and slow just perfect...I love love trauma alert I will have to read it again and again it's a 5star ....am lost for word I felt every word I love the charters they both are amazing people... I hope we get more...am in love with than!!this book is worth the money if it was a part 2, am in line for my copy with money out in hand.............
